At NoSoil, we are committed to providing high-quality soil-less plants and related products. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.


1. No Refunds
1.1 Final Sale Policy:
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.
1.2 Perishable Nature:
Our plants are living items that require specific care. As such, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds, even if the plants do not thrive after delivery.


2. Exceptions for Damaged Products
2.1 Transit Damage:
If your order arrives damaged due to mishandling during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
2.2 Resolution:
In the case of transit-related damage, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.


3. Customer Responsibility
Once plants are delivered, their care and maintenance become the sole responsibility of the customer. We provide detailed plant care instructions to help ensure their health and longevity.
