These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of our platform (the “Site”) and services, including the purchase of soil-less plants and related products for both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) customers. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms
1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
1.2 Account Registration: B2B customers must create a business account. For B2C customers, account creation is optional unless specified for certain features or promotions.
1.3 Communication: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive updates, promotional offers, and order-related communications.

2. Products and Services
2.1 Product Description: While we strive for accurate descriptions, variations in plant appearance, size, and condition are natural due to biological factors.
2.2 Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders based on inventory or logistical constraints.
2.3 Customization: B2B customers can request bulk or customized orders, subject to feasibility and additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: Prices are displayed in [currency] and may vary for B2B and B2C customers. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be added at checkout.
3.2 Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers (for B2B customers).
3.3 B2B Payment Terms: Payment terms for bulk orders will be specified in separate agreements. Late payments may incur penalties.

4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Delivery Areas: We deliver World-Wide. Shipping timelines depend on location and order size.
4.2 Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on the order's size and destination.
4.3 Responsibility Upon Delivery: Once delivered, the care and maintenance of the plants become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4.4 B2B Bulk Orders: Delivery terms for bulk purchases will be defined during the order process.

5. No Refund or Return Policy
5.1 Non-Returnable Nature of Products: All sales are final. Due to the perishable and delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
5.2 No Refunds: Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Exception: If plants arrive damaged or in poor condition due to mishandling during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Such cases will be reviewed at our discretion, and any resolutions (if applicable) will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, images, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to NoSoil. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Liability and Indemnification
7.1 Limitation of Liability: NoSoil is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold NoSoil harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform or breach of these terms.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of MUMBAI HIGH COURT, INDIA.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
