Orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

1.4 Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events. NoSoil is not liable for such delays.
2. Shipping Charges
2.1 Calculation of Fees:
Shipping fees are based on the order’s size, weight, and destination. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout.
2.2 Bulk Orders (B2B):
Special shipping arrangements and costs for bulk orders will be negotiated during the order confirmation process.
2.3 Free Shipping:
Promotional free shipping (if applicable) is subject to minimum order values and specific terms

3. Packaging and Handling
3.1 Secure Packaging:
All plants are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Packaging may include biodegradable materials to align with our eco-friendly values.
3.2 Handling:
Orders are handled with utmost care. However, minor wear to leaves or stems during transit is normal due to the nature of live plants.
4. Delivery Policy
4.1 Delivery Attempts:
If the carrier is unable to deliver on the first attempt, they may try again or hold the package at their facility for pickup. Additional charges for re-delivery may apply.
4.2 Receipt of Delivery:
Customers must inspect the package upon delivery. Report any visible transit damage immediately to the delivery agent and contact us within 24 hours.
4.3 Address Accuracy:
Ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. NoSoil is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. International Shipping (For B2B Customers Only)
5.1 Customs and Duties:
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
5.2 Compliance:
Customers must ensure compliance with local laws regarding the import of live plants.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
6.1 Lost Shipments:
If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine appropriate action.
6.2 Damage During Transit:
For plants damaged during transit, report the issue with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery. Resolutions will be offered at our discretion.
7. No Refund or Return Policy
All sales are final. Plants are perishable and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Exceptions may apply for transit-related issues (see Section 6).
